Do I have to get Pre-Approved with your Preferred Lender?

Yes. Austin Ingersoll and Eric Smart at Security National Mortgage are our preferred lenders, and while you are not required to use them to secure your loan, you will be required to get pre-approved with him.  A $5,000 lender incentive credit is offered for those that close with SNMC.
